Treatment Plan
All treatment options are discussed in advance and the agreed treatment plan, including all costs involved, is provided in writing. If your treatment plan requires advice or treatment from a professional, your dentist will be happy to make a referral on your behalf and support you throughout this process.

Terms & ConditionsTo be eligible for a KamCard, patients must be regular clients of Charlbury Dental Practice. This consists of attending the practice for at least 6 months prior in order to obtain the Kamcard. “One-off” appointments are not accepted.
